Our Build Process
Every campervan conversion and off-grid installation we complete is bespoke to the customer, which means careful planning, scheduling, and material sourcing are essential to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
To provide the highest level of workmanship and maintain dedicated workshop time for each vehicle, our projects are completed using a staged payment structure throughout the build process.
Typical Project Stages
1. Consultation & Design
We begin by discussing your requirements, ideas, travel plans, and intended vehicle usage to help design a system or conversion tailored specifically to you.
2. Quotation & Booking
Once the project scope has been agreed, a detailed quotation is provided along with an estimated build schedule.
To secure your workshop slot and allow materials/components to be ordered, a booking deposit is required.
3. Build Commencement
As work begins and major components are allocated to the project, a second staged payment is made prior to commencement.
4. Mid-Build Milestone
For larger conversions and electrical installations, a further staged payment may be requested at an agreed milestone point during the build process.
This allows projects to continue progressing efficiently whilst maintaining dedicated workshop scheduling and material allocation.
5. Final Completion & Handover
Once your build is complete, fully tested, and ready for collection, the final balance is payable upon handover.
